Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp chili powder
  • 3 tsp ground cumin
  • 3 tsp smoked paprika
  • 3 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3/4 tsp black pepper
  • 3/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes Optional, adjust to suit taste.

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a jar and mix well.
  • Store in cool dry place.

Seasoning Meat

  • Season to taste. Add 2 tablespoons of the mixture to cooked ground meat and some water (1/4 to 1/2 cup). Simmer until done.
