Ingredients
2poundsfruit (fresh, frozen, or canned)
½cupsugar
1tbsplemon juice
1cupwateror reserved juice
Instructions
Prepare the Fruit according to type
Wash fresh fruit and chop it into pieces that will easily fit into your blender.
Partially defrost frozen fruit.
Drain canned fruit and reserve juice.
Add Additional Ingredients
Place prepared fruit in the blender pitcher, sprinkle with sugar, and allow it to sit for at least 15 minutes.
Add 1 of tablespoon of lemon juice and 1 cup of water (or use reserved juice).
Blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into the popsicle mold and add the popsicle sticks.
