Ingredients

  • 2 pounds fruit (fresh, frozen, or canned)
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup water or reserved juice

Instructions

Prepare the Fruit according to type

  • Wash fresh fruit and chop it into pieces that will easily fit into your blender.
  • Partially defrost frozen fruit.
  • Drain canned fruit and reserve juice.

Add Additional Ingredients

  • Place prepared fruit in the blender pitcher, sprinkle with sugar, and allow it to sit for at least 15 minutes.
  • Add 1 of tablespoon of lemon juice and 1 cup of water (or use reserved juice).
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into the popsicle mold and add the popsicle sticks.
  • Freeze for at least 4-6 hours or overnight.
